Kurm Capital Management Limited ("KCML") was incorporated in Jersey on 30th November 2006.

Regulation
KCML is regulated in Jersey by the Jersey Financial Service Commission in the conduct of fund services business and holds a registration pursuant to the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 in the classes of investment manager and distributor.

Directors
The directors of KCML are Ashik Shah, Oliver McDowell, Robert English and Peter Nicolle. Ashik Shah is the chief executive of Ashik Shah & Co. Limited, the Investment Advisor to KCML. Oliver McDowell, Robert English and Peter Nicolle are provided as directors by Minerva Trust & Corporate Services Limited. Minerva Trust & Corporate Services Limited is regulated in Jersey by the Jersey Financial Services Commission as a financial services business, including in the conduct of trust company business, holding licences in a number of classes of such business activity, including the provision of director services.

Administration
KCML is a fully administered entity under an agreement with Minerva Fund Administration Limited.  Minerva Fund Administration Limited is regulated in Jersey by the Jersey Financial Services Commission in the conduct of fund services business and holds a registration pursuant to the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 in a number of classes of such activity, including as a manager of a managed entity.

Investment Advisor to the Investment Manager
In August 2007 KCML  appointed  Ashik Shah & Co. Ltd. ("ASCL"), a firm authorised and regulated by the UK's Financial Services Authority, to act as its Investment Adviser for an initial 5 year term. ASCL provides regular investment recommendations, and general and specific investment advice as and when requested, to help the board of KCML carry out its investment management function.
