The Fund is a Professional Fund within the meaning of the Securities and Investment Business Act 2010, as amended, of the British Virgin Islands. That act requires that each investor's initial investment in the Fund shall not be less than one hundred thousand dollars in the currency of the United States or its equivalent in any other currency.
