How to invest

To invest in the Fund, or to access further information about the Fund which will help you decide whether it is a suitable investment, you will need to complete a registration process.   You'll have to confirm that:

· you are prepared to make the minimum investment in the Fund (US$ 100,000);

· you are a 'Professional Investor' as defined by BVI law (primarily, being able to demonstrate a net worth in excess of US$1m);

· you are not a citizen or resident of certain jurisdictions and therefore not permitted to invest in the Fund (for example,  the United States); and

· you meet any criteria imposed by your jurisdiction of residence or citizenship which might restrict investment in a Fund of this nature.

Perhaps, having considered these criteria, you already realise the Fund isn't a suitable investment for you. If you are unsure whether you meet the criteria then you should consult an independent financial adviser or other suitably authorised professional before proceeding.  

As part of the registration process you will need to provide details of an independent financial adviser or other suitably authorised professional (your "Referee") who can confirm that you meet the investor eligibility criteria.
